• Sign in to the Amazon account that would hold the membership
• Check that your account name and basic information are accurate
• Have a current age or enrollment document available if Amazon requests one
• Read the trial and renewal terms displayed before confirmation

If automatic verification fails

A failed automated check does not tell us why the account was rejected. Re-read Amazon's instructions, confirm that the document is current and legible, and use Amazon customer support for account-specific questions.

Plan or Pass does not collect documents, troubleshoot Amazon accounts or promise approval. That boundary protects both your privacy and the accuracy of the process.

What to record after approval

Save the renewal date shown in Manage Prime Membership and note whether Amazon assigned a monthly or annual paid plan after the trial. Our trial-date calculator is a planning aid, but the date inside your Amazon account is authoritative.
